What is chess is like to you? Well it's all about how you see or perceive the things. So chess can be like anything to anyone. For some it may be passion, for some a profession, for some life, art, a way of increasing IQ level, for just a brainy game! Well it totally depends upon the person's intellectual habitat in how he sees or analyzes the things surrounded.
Chess is such an amazing sport which can be concluded into an
art and demands full concentration from the artist and demonstrates a beautiful
sculpture.
Everything is chess! Like a tennis can be like a chess!
Politics resembles chess! Business imitates chess! Dating is just like chess!
When it comes in comparing or giving brief explanation about
those I mentioned above well tennis is
too simple to be like chess, politics is to dishonest to be like chess,
business is too opaque to be like chess. And dating is far difficult for those
with brainy chess moves and as the chess is …. DIFFICULT!
Chess is just chess! Nothing can be more soothing like it!
CHESS
IMITATING LIFE! HOW?
When you wake up early in the morning with a fresh start
doing your first move and converting your potential energy into the kinetic one
with great enthusiasm and doing something worthy…. And then lose material and
blunder away your day until you reach your daily desired goal and retard to
bed.
The same is with the chess like you can imagine that is a rich and pure balance of risk as well as reward and played out on the 64 squares of your existence.
CHESS BEING
LIKE A WAR!
War consists of strategies so do chess.
Your unidentified strategies in chess is going to make your way towards your
victory and taking care of the thing that the moves should not be exposed. Same
with the war your unidentified plans are going to make your way towards your
win and make enemy lose making sure they don’t know what’s going on in your
mind.
From a long time, the military have used chess as both as a
metaphor and even a training for warfare.
So yes chess is like a war!
HOW CHESS
RESEMBLES THE GAME OF LIFE!
A very beautiful quote
pops up in my mind –
Life is like a game of chess. To win you have to make move.
Knowing which moves to make comes IN-SIGHT …..We became each and every piece
within the game of LIFE!
Life is like a chess game, it requires patience and strategy.
It also requires the thoughtful moving of many pieces and sometimes the
sacrifice of a knight or a rook or a pawn to move us further along in the game.
The chess piece we lose can represent a part of us, a relationship with someone
or something, a behavior, a thought pattern, or perhaps a belief system that no
longer serves us. A chess piece can represent strength and power.
Every piece on the chess board has a specific role, just as all the moving parts within us play a role. I’ve heard many times when I’m meditating on something, the chess pieces are being moved. This means stop asking “how” something is going to unfold, trust the process. It also means stop asking “why”. I realize I am playing a long game, it’s not something that can be rushed or forced. My agenda around the timing or the sequence of events is irrelevant. The game requires incredible patience, it requires solitude at times and the need to listen to the prompts and guidance coming in. Trust that each piece on the board provides you with the exact skill, intellect, emotional IQ, or whatever it is that you need to navigate the chess board.
CHESS BEING LIKE MATH.
Just like math, chess is complicated but if known it is one
of the most interesting sport ever! The game of chess has many mathematical
applications, other than the obvious concepts of problem solving and logic.
Chess is a game that requires its two players to make move
against each other in hopes of capturing their opponent’s king. It’s a game of
strategy that develops memory and concentration.
Basically chess involves a lot of problem solving. Chess
challenges you to explore new combinations and anticipate the results.
Chess is about thinking logically just as you do in math and solve the problems logically!
CHESS IS
LIKE LOVE!
Some of you may be considering me as a fool of how can you
compare a thing which has to be played logically with the one called love in
which we lose all your senses!
But for me yes up to some extent you can find love in chess.
As I said it all depends upon how you see things.
Both in chess and relationships, if we get too focused on our
own plan without being attentive to our partner, we will lose in this
fascinating game.
So yeah that requires a lot of focus!
When is the last time you focused your love on your partner
with such attentiveness?
When we are careless in chess, our pieces are jumped and the
game quickly and abruptly ends in checkmate. If we do not train our mind to
look for opportunities, we miss moves that would have enabled us to win. If we
invest time and energy toward mindfulness, we get better and better at the
game- both in chess and in relationship. Most relationship troubles stem from
not paying attention to the health of our relationship and/or to our partner.
So yeah speaking of chess as well as love, love is like
playing chess, anyone can comment, speculate and guess. But only the two of
them truly know what is going on and what move to make.
This imitation took me through a very beautiful quote which
quotes “True love is like playing chess. A boy plays and always afraid of
losing his queen, and the girl risks everything just to protect her king.
