• Detailed circular will be available on the website. Players / Parents are requested to go through the same.

• Important Note : Players enrolling for this tournament shall have to abide by the rules & regulations as mentioned on the official website (www.chessvicky.com) and time to time or communicated by technical team during the on-going event over mail / WhatsApp. Please read circular carefully before participation.

TOURNAMENT RULES & REGULATIONS :

• Organisers reserves the right to make necessary changes in the schedule with prior intimation to the registered players .

• Any player can participate subject to following age group cutoffs :

a. Under 10 : Born on and after 01.01.2012.

b. Under 15 : Born on and after 01.01.2007.

c. Open : Open to all

• No FIDE ID or Rating is compulsory for this event .

• All the timings mentioned in the circular are in Indian Standard Time (IST).

• To join the tournament with a proper device / in proper time and as per circular is player's responsibility. In case of failure to do so, organisers will not entertain any communication in this regard.

• Players outside from India are requested to provide PayPal id as accepted by the organizers for transferring the cash prize. All players / parents are requested to contact through WhatsApp or email for getting speedy response. Especially during the actual event please use official WhatsApp group ONLY for raising any query which would be attended in the best possible manner from technical team.

• Tournament will be played in 9 rounds Swiss League System. however if there is any change in no. of rounds it will be communicate before commencement of the first round of tournament.

• Players shall enter the valid information in the entry form. If player submits the entry form with incorrect details and doesn't inform the organizers before the start of tournament by Email ( contactndca@gmail.com ) the organizers are free to take any action against the player which may lead to disqualification from the event and even from the Final Prize List.

• Organisers reserves the rights to make necessary changes in the schedule. Players can check their name on chess-results.com after paying the entry fees every day after 09:00 PM. Once the name has been displayed there, please treat your entry as confirmed. Before that no communication will be made for confirming the entry. No separate communication is required from organiser's end to confirm player's entry.

• Result of the event will be declared after 3 days after the tournament. Participation Certificates will be uploaded ( after 7 days of the event ) on the WhatsApp group, being created for sharing tournament related information. Results will be uploaded on the same WhatsApp group. In case of any query regarding results, please contact Chief Arbiter on the same day. After that any query regarding the result will not be entertained. All players are requested not to leave the WhatsApp group till the final result gets declared. Players can download their certificate easily from this group. Cash prizes will be transferred online to the account numbers of the winners within 5 days after the announcement of the final result. All prize winners are requested to fill up the accurate information, particularly bank details / Google pay/ Paypal, valid email id / Mobile numbers etc. when asked by the organizers. Winners should claim their cash prize within 10 days of the event. After that no claim for any prize shall be entertained.

• Right to Appeal / Protest : To raise the protest officially , kindly mail to contactndca@gmail.com, detailing the incident , age group , name within 15 minutes of the end of the round. Please pay Rs. 1000 / - by Google pay / Phone pay / Paypal to +91 8888119335 as a protest fee. Please provide the proof of the payment to +91 8888119335.

 • If the protest resulted as successful, full amount will be refunded else the amount will not be refunded. Please note that no other way of communication shall be accepted / entertained for protesting.

• One player can play in one group only as matches / rounds of all age groups will start at the same time. All players are directed to ensure that they have received the correct link i.e. of the age group for which he / she has enrolled. Please do not join different age group. Please submit valid email ID & mobile number in the entry form.

• For playing this event, Joining Zoom Video Conferencing with Front Camera & Screen Share will be mandatory. The detailed Guidelines will be given by Arbiters team to players time to time, This event can be played only from Computer / Laptop.
