MPL NATIONAL RAPID AND NATIONAL BLITZ CHESS CHAMPIONSHIP-2022

All the chess lovers now get ready to play in our SUPER GRANDMASTER VIDIT GUJRATHI’S CITY -NASHIK.

We are glad to announce that NASHIK DISTRICT CHESS ASSOCIATION is happy to organised MPL NATIONAL RAPID AND NATIONAL BLITZ CHESS CHAMPIONSHIP 2022 FROM 27TH APRIL TO 30TH APRIL on behalf of MAHARASHTRA CHESS ASSOCIATION under the aegis of ALL INDIA CHESS FEDERATION which is proudly supported by MINISTRY OF YOUTH AFFAIRS AND SPORTS, GOVERNMENT OF INDIA AICF’S OFFICIAL NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIPS SPONSOR

VENUE :

Maharashtra Environmental Engineering Training and Research Academy (MEETRA), ISP Colony, Near Divisional Commissioner Office, Nashik Road Nashik-422101.

 

ELIGIBILITY AND SCHEDULE :

All the GM, IM and WGM are eligible.

Entries are held through the respective State Association.

 

The Rapid event will start on 27th of April, in which their will be total 9 rounds.

Time control- 15 minutes + 10 seconds increment that is additional time per move, starting from move number one.

 

The Blitz event will occur on 30th of April in which all the 11 rounds will take place on same day.

Time control- 3 minutes + 2 seconds increment that is additional time per move, starting from move number one.

 

PRIZE DISTRIBUTION :

Prizes are the treats which excite every participant and give them the urge to win the competition with great enthusiasm. It also encourages them to improve their game and gives them an amazing confidence of utilizing in the talent more and more.

The cash prizes will be awarded to 25 players in Rapid category amounting to Rs.4, 00,000/-.

The cash prizes will be awarded to 15 players in Blitz category amounting to Rs.2, 50,000/-

BLITZ :

FOR ORDINARY-625/-

FOR SPECIAL-1,250/-

50% Concession is provided for participants from North eastern state and Andaman Nicobar Islands.

A late fee of Rs.250/- per player will be charged after 12th April 2022.

No entries will be accepted after 20th April 2022 ( upto 17.00 hrs )

Note- The competition is good ng to run strictly according to the Covid protocol and the rules are mandatory and should be obeyed by every player participating in the championship.

The Shri Kalaram Temple is an old Hindu shrine dedicated to Rama in the Panchavati area of Nashik city in Maharashtra, India. It is probably the most important Hindu shrine in the city.

3. Shirdi Sai Baba Temple

It is known as the home of the late 19th century saint Shirdi sai baba and the sansthan trust located in shirdi is one of the most richest temple organization.
